To place your order at LaRoque, please read the following instructions. Each bridesmaid must fill out an order form in full. We do not accept incomplete forms. Sign it, and bring it to the store or mail it. The bridesmaid’s order form is a contract between us and each individual bridesmaid, therefore we need a hardcopy with a signature. We cannot take orders over the phone. After we have received a completed bridesmaid’s order form and payment for every bridesmaid in the wedding party, we will e-mail a final contract to the bride. The final contract will include the confirmed delivery date for the dresses. The bride should review the contract thoroughly, sign, and drop it off or mail it to us. This serves as your final order, any questions or concerns should be taken care of before the contract is signed. After we have received the signed final contract, the order is placed and all the credit cards charged in full. The dresses will then arrive according to the delivery date listed on the final contract. Addtional Information: All measurements and payments must be in six months prior to the wedding date. All alterations are the bridesmaid’s responsibility once the dress is completed whether it is picked up or shipped. Bridesmaids must pay in full for their dress. If shipping is required there will be a flat fee of $15. |
