At LaRoque, your satisfaction and the quality of the pieces we create are at the forefront of our concern. We understand that it's sometimes necessary to exchange an item. We will gladly exchange a piece that has not been worn, washed, or altered from our current collection within 14 days of your purchase. Sale items, bridal, and custom pieces are all FINAL SALE.

Please include the following information with your item(s): name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address (or this information for the person who placed the order, if it was a gift), receipt and the date of purchase. Any shipping cost you incur to return the merchandise to us will not be refunded.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange (less our original shipping cost) as you instruct, provided the merchandise is in new and original condition with the tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to not accept an item based on these conditions.
