Customer Care



LaRoque ships exclusively with UPS. A flat rate of $12.00 is added to all orders. UPS ground can take between 1 to 5 business days in the continental United States. Please contact us via email at for international or expedited shipping rates.


Returns & Exchange

LaRoque accepts exchanges on full price merchandise within 10 days of purchase date. Please email to request an exchange authorization. We do not issue issue refunds. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit. 


Online Orders

Orders placed online are processed and shipped within 48 hours during normal business hours. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm. All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking and insurance to ensure the best care of your pieces while in transit. We do our best to stay well stocked and will immediately notify a client should a garment be out of stock.


Payment Methods

LaRoque accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online orders only. No order is shipped without payment. Your card will be processed with a secure online payment agent to ensure your safety.


Product Care

To maintain the beauty of your LaRoque piece we recommend professional dry cleaning unless otherwise noted on the care tag. Please know that we work with natural fibers such as silk, some variance in dye lot and imperfections in weave should be seen as artistic character of such a natural fiber.

Flagship Store

You can visit us at our flagship store located at 2700 Devine Street Columbia, SC 29205. We are open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm. 



Prices on our website do not include sales tax. Any order shipped within South Carolina will be charged 8% sales tax. Orders outside of South Carolina are sales tax exempt by law.
